What the Program achieves

This Program will upskill your Enabling teams, equipping them with the capabilities, knowledge, and confidence they need to grow and embed a culture of psychological safety within teams and across the wider organization.

The intentional repetition of the ‘See-Do-Teach’ approach means that attendees have the opportunity to build and practice their skills over time, supported by Conflux. They will learn the theory and practices of safety culture, and gain experience of facilitating psychological safety workshops and training themselves, enabling them to create and execute a learning program across your organization.

Who the Program is for

This See-Do-Teach Program is designed for Enabling teams and others in engineering leadership, and coaching or facilitation roles - for example Agile coaches and delivery managers, team leads, and HR professionals.

What benefits to expect

Problems that this Program solves

Building a culture of psychological safety in teams and across an organization is not something that just happens either by chance or possibly because the leadership wishes it. People need to be shown the way, and given the necessary time and space to learn what psychological safety is about, and to learn and practice the techniques and new ways of working.
