The type of personal information we may collect

Information that you provide when you apply for a role. This includes information provided through an online job site, via email, in person at interviews and/or by any other method.

In particular, We process personal details such as name, email address, address, date of birth qualifications, experience, information relating to your employment history, skills and experience that you provide to Us.

If you contact us, We may keep a record of that correspondence.

For enquiries into the company we may keep your name, company name and contact details.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we will store your name and email address to contact you. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on an email or contacting Conflux directly.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To request information on our services

  • To apply for a role within the company

  • To subscribe to our newsletter

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Answer your questions and arrange meetings with you.

  • Support us in our recruitment decisions and ensure that we comply with employment legislation

  • keep you up to date with our communications

How we store your personal information 

Where we store your personal data in our own systems, it is stored on our secure servers within the EEA.

The data that We collect from you and process using Mailchimp (newsletter subscriptions), Gdrive/ Gmail (Customer enquiries), Gdrive / HR Toolkit (recruitment and employees) may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your orders, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

We will not otherwise transfer your personal data outside of the United Kingdom or EEA or to any organisation (or subordinate bodies) governed by public international law or which is set up under any agreement between two or more countries.

Security

We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
