At Conflux Books we’re delighted to have joined up with Lean Agile Scotland to give every conference attendee a copy of the book Team Guide to Metrics for Business Decisions by Mattia Battiston and Chris Young. The book provides clear explanations and practical approaches for teams to understand and use metrics as part of software delivery.
